HOW TO RENT A BOX

Alternatively, you can complete the reservation form on our contact us page, and we will promptly get in touch with you to confirm your appointment. Please note that appointments typically take around 30 minutes to allocate a safety deposit box. We look forward to assisting you with your reservation and ensuring the security of your valuables.

It’s important you bring 2 forms of ID documents (1 Identity & 1 Address document) to your appointment:

Proof of Identity:
• Current Signed Passport
• UK Driving Licence (Driving License may be used as proof identity or address but not both)
• EEA National ID Card
• EEA National Driving Licence
• Non EEA Nationals must provide a passport with a valid visa

Proof of address:
• Bank or Credit Card or Mortgage Statement (Dated within the last 3 months)
• Utility Bill – gas, electric, water, telephone (Dated within the last 3 months)
• Council Tax Bill (Dated within the last 12 months)
• UK Driving Licence (Driving License may be used as proof identity or address but not both)

Prior to signing up, we advise you to photograph and create a detailed inventory of the items you plan to store in the safe deposit box. Convenient FREE parking is available outside the building for those arriving by car. Upon arrival, you will be required to complete application, provide ID documents (which will be promptly returned), and undergo the biometric process.

During your visit, our staff will guide you through the various options of safe deposit boxes available, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your needs. Once you have made your selection and are satisfied, payment can be made conveniently using either cash or debit card. Our team will assist you throughout the process to ensure a seamless and secure transaction.
